Acupuncture:

First Visit

Duration: 90 minutes

A detailed, comprehensive appointment including health history and exam.

Treatment may include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine prescription, Tui na Massage, Cupping, Gua Sha and/or Moxibustion.

ACU-FACIAL REJUVENATIOn: 

FIRST VISIT

Duration: 75 minutes

A full-body approach to skincare.

Appointments include a private acupuncture treatment, a deep cleanse with exfoliation, a masque and finish with a nutritive serum and moisturizer.

Herbal consultation + Prescription:

FIRST VISIT

Duration: 45 minutes

A detailed comprehensive health history, exam and diagnosis.

Customized herbal prescription.

Existing Patients

ACUPUNCTURE:

RETURN VISIT

Duration: 60 minutes

Follow-up Appointment.

Treatment may include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine prescription, Tui na Massage, Cupping, Gua Sha and/or Moxibustion.

Ideal for patients with conditions requiring more frequent treatments as well as those looking for a more affordable financial option.

Add a 20 min group acupuncture cupping or Gua Sha treatment (see below).

Duration: 20 minutes

Add a cupping or Gua sha treatment on at the end of your Group Acupuncture Appointment. 

Patients suffering from muscle pain, tension or tightness who would like to enhance the effects of their treatment may elect to add cupping and/or gua sha to the end of their appointment. $15

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

An increasing number of Massachusetts insurance plans do reimburse for acupuncture. Current Massachusetts insurance companies that offer acupuncture coverage are: Aetna, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, United, (and other Premium level plans that BCBS offers), and TUFTS.  

I am a preferred acupuncture provider for UnitedHealthcare, Harvard Pilgrim & Cigna.  

I will submit a claim directly to your insurance carrier if your policy covers your condition. 

You are financially responsible for copayments and deductibles imposed by your insurance carrier.

I would be happy to verify the details of your coverage prior to scheduling your first appointment. Simply fill out our online insurance verification form, and we will let you know, usually within 48 business hours.

CAN I USE MY FSA/HSA

[Flex Spending Account (FSA) / Health Savings Account (HSA))]

Your pre-tax health Flex Spending Account (FSA) can be used to pay for your acupuncture sessions.  If your employer issued an FSA Debit Card we take those for your convenience.  If you do not have a flex spending card we will provide you with a Superbill you can submit to your plan administrator.
